Case 1 - Training collateral for Rotech Healthcare, Inc.

<www.rotech.com> has hundreds of subsidiaries all over the country and performs employee training via their Training Academy. Because we had worked with Rotech designing their new logo, their training department came to us when they wanted to put together branded training material.

We could, of course, go the traditional route and design one-and-one document that Rotech would then send to a printers. But on studying their needs for short-run materials and constantly changing content, we suggested creating Word templates for in-house desktop publishing.

We created Word forms where the Academy can simply insert text and photos into template documents and print off exactly as many as needed at the time they are needed. Thus, documents are always up-to-date and never stockpiled.

We created everything from Quick Reference Index Cards, to Binder/Spine Covers, CD labels, diploma's and more. We provided a comprehensive User's Guide for the Training Department's use of the tools.

Case 2 - Branded wall art for Ocean International Suppliers, Inc.

After working with <www.oceanint.com> on content for a fully customizable Sales Kit, we took the same artwork from the kit’s divider pages and had four $80 giant posters printed on high-quality printers, mounted them between two-sided plexi-glass that gave them a floating effect and hung them in the reception area.

Ocean wanted something special for their Quality Statment. Working closely with a local screen printer and a frame outfit, we had the individual lettering cut out in an etched-glass effect vinyl and mounted on plexi-glass. The plexi-glass frame included 2" feet for the same floating affect and with a spotlight on it, very eye-catching shadows on the wall delivers the attention Ocean wants to the Quality Statement.

At the same time, we got the printer to run off removable decals from the same artwork in an etched-glass presentation to mount on the glass entrance doors. Voila! Customers come in, see the wonderful posters and walk out the decaled door, with a Sales Kit reflecting their entire experience with our client!

So, rather then your regular bland office artwork, we delivered totally proprietary, branded and unique artwork for less then $1500!
