Our Solution
We design custom, branded HTML templates
and host your address list on our CAN-SPAM compliant
list server which delivers multi-part email (html and
a plain text version for recipients who cannot receive
html-formatted email). We provide coding for an email
sign-up box for your website with opt-in and opt-out
functions for
spam free marketing.
Do-it-Yourself or Full Service
You can either log in yourself to
dispatch newsletters on your own (self-serve), or we
can take care of everything for you (full-service).
Self-service means you
log-on to the list server, upload your configured html/plain
text content and dispatch yourself.
Cost: You pay only
the Annual Fee based on number of email addresses
in your list.
Full service means you
simply supply content fitted for the template and we
configure it into the html template/plain text version
and dispatch it for you. If you wish to change the layout
of the template for each email broadcast, we will charge
our hourly rate of $70/hr in 15-minute increments.
Cost: You pay the
Annual Fee and $70 per newsletter we configure into
your template and dispatch for you.
Both services allows you unlimited email
dispatches.
What you provide
- Your e-mail address database
- Your pictures and artwork
- Your articles and sidebar snippets.
Your email addresses must be emailed to
us in one of these three formats:
- ASCII Text delimited (any delimeter)
- MS Excel spreadsheet
- Virtually any database format.
GRAPHICS: You can email
graphics and photos to us as JPEG, GIF or PNG formats.
If you need us to scan an image, we charge $3/image.
If the pictures are already on a website, simply indicate
the web address of the pictures.
TEXT: Articles
can be sent in MS Word, WordPerfect or text files attached
to an e-mail. We will need any hyperlinks you want going
to your web pages. While we will do a spell-checker
on text you provide, we cannot check spelling on product
names or other proprietary words - what you send us
is what will go in the newsletter.
