Linda Jezard was the speaker at the

event July 12th. Linda gave a presentation about web
marketing avenues to chamber members.

- Branding project
PM
International Suppliers came to Advantage for
their marketing needs. Advantage found a great domain
name for them, designed their logo, business cards,
letterhead, website and marketing materials such as
brochures and magazine ads for a complete branding.
Advantage is currently working on their search engine
optimization which has already after a month resulted
in a substantial increase in new business worldwide
for PM.

drab and just didn't get people excited about
sunny Florida. A facelift to the site focused
on attractive imagery and easier navigation
to encourage click-through. To come is an online
reservations tool which Advantage will implement

- Wallis Murphey Boyington Architects website launched
WMB Architects located
in downtown Lakeland offer many design services; multi-
and single family homes, commercial, industrial, medical
architecture and more. For WMB, it is important to
present their creative talents to their website visitors
in a pleasing and informative manner. Advantage Positioning
created an attractive and content rich website that
includes a flash show of their architectural work,
and extensive imagery of their various projects with
downloadable tearsheets that are typical in their
industry. WMB will easily maintain the site themselves
using Macromedia's Contribute application.

- Olivera Construction website launched
Olivera Construction - winner of the
2005 Parade of Home Luxury Home category - needed
a website to showcase their beautiful homes. Advantage
Positioning designed the website and custom-programmed
a home display database for them, where some home
are viewable and some are viewable behind a password
- all uploadable via Olivera's backend Content Manager
module. Further, a data-based slideshow presentation
module was integrated into the backend website management
area for Olivera's easy upload of pictures to the
website slideshow. With these tools and their custom
Content Manager backend program, Olivera can easily
upload new home reviews to their site, slideshow pictures
and content. Included is further development of their
Client Portal (see below) where their customers can
log-in and review reports on their home build.

- ProHR Staffing website launched
Just launched is ProHR Staffings new
site. THe job included creating a logo from the company's
hand-drawn idea, branding a website to match and creating
web-page templates for ProHR to quickly upload job
listings and job descriptions, plus an online resume
form with document uploader.

- Polk Democrats get professional website
The Polk County Democratic Party is
proud of their new website provided by Advantage Positioning.
The site includes an email newsletter signup to Advantage's
list server for CANSPAM compliant email broadcasts
and online secure donation module.

website for global commerce
Danish company 911
A/S sells valves worldwide. A key to successful global
commerce is to meet the customer on their own turf,
and that means addressing them in their own language.
Advantage developed a PHP-driven website
that detects the originating country of the IP the
visitor comes from and delivers content in the appropriate
language. Languages currently delivered are English,
Danish, Norwegian and German. Advantage provided professional
translation services with industry know-how on terminology.
Buttons allow visitors to switch language-pages at
will.
Each page of the site is easily managed
centrally for all languages. A flash piece adds interest
in a non-obtrusive way and does not slow down the
loading of the web-pages for those on slower connections.

- Advantage delivers Web Marketing course.
Linda Jezard of Advantage Positioning
delivered a 3-hour Web Marketing class to the students
attending the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce's new initiative;
Entrepreneurial Academy.
 The
goal of the Academy - a ten week evening school -
is to provide fundamental business expertise to entrepreneurs
to better enable their business start-up, growth and
prosperity.
The class addressed the need for professional
websites from the start of a business venture, how
to go about getting one, and how to market it. Linda
provided real life samples and prices so entrepreneurs
can budget and make sound business decisions.

- Olivera Construction Inc uses custom-program from
Advantage
The building of new homes continues
to boom here in Florida. Olivera Construction Inc
- winner of the 2005 Parade of Homes Luxury Home award
- builds many luxury homes simultaneously and needed
a tool to bring together their home-owners, the designers
and their contractors to avoid costly errors due to
miscommunications about paint color selections, tiles,
roofs and more.
Advantage worked closely with Olivera
Construction creating a web-based application where
homes are set up and configured with number of rooms,
types of rooms, types of amenities etc. Then, all
valid design selections for each were set-up so the
designer can sit with the home owner and via secure
VPN access, go through the various selections, save
them to the home database in realtime and give immediate
selection details to the home builders and their contractors.
Security issues were programmed so that once a home
design in a specific area was decided upon, the file
is locked so the contractors can be sure the items
selected are firm.
An administration tool was programmed
so Olivera Construction can add users and set their
security levels, add room and design types themselves
without further programming costs. This greatly increases
Olivera Construction's level of satisfaction with
the tool, and of course, greatly decreases future
maintenance and development costs from a programming
angle.
The product was successfully launched
in the new year after a month's BETA testing, and
has relieved Olivera of much duplication work and
the chances of costly errors.

Advantage constantly trains itself in

- studying branding trends through paid search. With
the ever-changing playing field, constant training
is vital to align Advantage's offerings with what
is happening in the industry.

deliver extranet program for Hillsboro County
Commissioned by a 3rd party, Advantage
created an extranet for Hillsboro County's Asbestos
Management Program. The application allows the client
- via a secure website - to manage their project needs
in regards to asbestos, lead-based paint, and other
environmental aspects at their various locations.

SEO program to the NAWBO Lakeland chapter
Understanding Search Engine Optimization
is vital to business owners. Linda Czelusniak presented
a program to the Lakeland Chapter of National Association
of Women Business Owners on understanding SEO and
online marketing.
Attending the presentation were 50 women
entrepreneurs. Chapter President Barb Erickson said
after the event:

our NAWBO Lakeland Metro Chapter general meeting on
September 1, 2005. The information you provided on

on SBTV
While attending an Orlando business
conferencing, Linda Czelusniak was interviewed about
SEO by SBTV.com which is a web portal for the small
business market.
08.16.05 - Linda
Czelusniak is speaker at State Farm Insurance; one of
the world's largest financial institutions.
Linda was asked to speak to the professional
women at State Farm's Central Operations Center outside
of Winter Haven, Florida. Participating on an all-women
panel, Linda shared her career history and spoke about
leadership qualities she has gained through her 25
years entrepreneurship.
When asked how she predicted the boom
of search engine marketing several years ago, Linda
replied that a solid history in the industry helps
her predict what will take off and what will not.
